First:I am so very sorry that you are having to go through this. I am praying for you and your family! Second: as PPs have said, are the doctors sure that the baby has been affected? I'm not trying to sound insensitive at all, but March of Dimes and others say that there are varying degrees to which baby is affected, some not at all. Of course listen to your doctor! You just might want another opinion if he's not sure of any effects that might have happened.
