Hello Beautiful Bumpies!



I thought it would be a fun idea if we had a thread started where we could
share material we’ve found encouraging. 
Particularly with such a big change ahead of us over the next few days/weeks,
and many of us experiencing some anxieties about all of the unknowns  and uncertainties around the corner, why not lean on
each other for what we’ve already found to be inspiring, educational,
motivational, etc.?



So please share if you have any links to positive birth stories, inspirational
videos, encouraging books, quotes, etc. that could be helpful to others! I know I'll appreciate it, perhaps some of the other mum's spending a few hours awake at night might also find it helpful as well.

I found this on pinterest. I'm thinking of framing it for our bedroom for my husband on Father's Day. My own dad was sucky so I love this.

This instagram feed motivates me every time they post something! There's a blog to go with it, but I only really look at the instagram posts. Full of pregnancy/L&D positivity and adorable baby pictures! I definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't yet

It's 3am here and I'm wide awake and unable to sleep lol. I was happy to get to read the article about baby Milo @megtyrrell, and I'm now also following Birth Without Fear on Instagram @karaelaine1991, so thx for sharing!

I also follow a mother/ pp doula/ author on Instagram called 'happysleepyfolks', and have always found her creative photos and quotes inspiring.

Today was the release of her new book called 'mama bare' and there is a free link on her website to at least parts of her book. So far I've read lots of excellent short stories from mom's and have enjoyed seeing their pictures. Everything is very 'raw and real', thought I would share.. https://www.kristenhedges.com
