Rashes

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and last night I discovered a rash on my face and neck. Little red dots everywhere! This is my first pregnancy, and I have no idea what to expect or do about this. There is no irritation, but the sight is a bit alarming. I checked this morning and it's still visible. What could be the cause, and what can I do to help it?
