My back hurts... Need some help

So I fell down the stairs yesterday... Went to tre doctor baby is fine but my upper back is seriously in major pain. The doctor said heat and Tylenol but it's not working and I need some relief any recommendations???

Maybe a heating pad or ice and a massage if possible
