There are some great ideas in some threads that have already been posted. You can use the search function and type in breech baby to find them. Good luck.
In yoga, my yoga instructor told me doing the Cat and Cow pose helps turn the baby. Just do it a few times a day and hold each position a few seconds and move slow between each position. Repeat each position about 5 times. My doctor also said it does help. My doctor also said when sitting lean forward instead of back to help the baby get and stay in position.
I haven't had any problems but have been really concerned since my husband was born breeched and thus I have a slight (only a slight) chance of having a breeched baby.
spinningbabies.com has some positions that work. Also second doing a quick board search. There have been some threads about external turning as well has home methods. good luck.
My midwife isn't too concerned that my boy is breech. He has been at every ultrasound, actually. I had a lot of cramping and spotting at the beginning because my uterus is tilted, so I don't know if it's related, but she says he should flip on his own when he's ready to come and I am mentally starting to kinda prepare myself for a cesarean just in case he doesn't...she says they can try to manually manipulate him etc if I go into labor and he hasn't flipped, though. I'm not worrying about it. I am actually pretty glad to not be getting kicked in the lungs etc like some of the girls' posts I've read here!! He DOES do this thing where he pushes his head out super hard and my belly like cones outward and it hurts, but otherwise not too much discomfort with him in this position luckily.
