How can I wash a jogging stroller? I found a nice jogging stroller on Craigslist.

Should I hand-wash it with a sponge, or use water from a hand-held car-wash wand? Also when is it safe to actually jog with baby in the stroller? There isn't a car-seat attachment.

I would take as much of it apart as possible then hose it down with soapy water and let it dry in the sun.
It is recommended to wait until 8m to jog with baby in most strollers. But the most important thing is that the baby has enough head control.
