Swollen axilillary lymph nodes

Has anyone experienced swollen axillary lymph nodes and had it not be cancer?? After my ultrasound on them I am discouraged after reading about how it is usually cancer unless there is a known infection in the body (which I don't have). Ugh. Waiting to see the Dr. tomorrow

I would try not to stress yet. I haven't been in your exact situation, but I had a similar scare last year. The ultrasound tech made lots of helpful comments like, "I don't know WHAT that is! I've never seen something like THAT before!" The surgeon was much less amazed . The waiting in between appointments was rough, though. Best wishes!
