Walking group near PQ/RB area?

I'm a FTM in the PQ area and would love to meet other mothers in the area for a walking group... Or just get out of the house. Most of my friends live out of town and I only have my husband who works a lot during the week. Plus, I know I need more exercise. ☺

Google Stroller Strides Rancho Bernardo, I have a friend that goes there. I'm a few weeks from delivering myself, once I am cleared after delivery I am going to check into going there myself. There is another group in Scripps too I believe. Good luck!
