What i dislike about the bump app

hey i really dislike that my baby is being addressed as girl when iam really having a boy... Does anyone know how to change that so my information can be directed to a baby boy ... I swear i kind of dont even want to use the app anymore because of that...:(

They can't please everyone otherwise they'd be saying "it" which is odd. It does go back and forth, some weeks they say she and others he.

Really? Wow. Sounds like a pretty misogynistic mindset you've got there. Who cares what gender an informational article uses? I was all set to be like, "yeah, I hate the mobile version of TB, too!" - but nope. Maybe I should start my own thread about how much I hate that it wants me to sign in every time I come back to the site even if I leave the tab open . . .

I was all set to be like, "yeah, I hate the mobile version of TB, too!" - but nope. Maybe I should start my own thread about how much I hate that it wants me to sign in every time I come back to the site even if I leave the tab open . . .

I think she is talking about the little snippets they give you on the home tab, underneath the fruit of the week size comparison. It would be nice to customize that part. But you're right, the constant logging out is super annoying and much more bothersome.

Yeah, I understand what she's saying and I think it's ridiculous. Who cares? "Wait, I thought I was going to get super generic developmental information about my boy fetus, but I'm seeing all these 'she' words - who are they talking about? I'm so confused!"

This seems like such a small thing to get upset about. Truly, stop, count your blessings & take it all in stride.

It's not meant to be a personal offense to your gender sensibilities. It's just a general description of development & they flip-flop gender pronouns.
