getting a cold/sick

So I'm definitely coming down with a chest cold... I'm due in less than 3 weeks. I'm worried, what if I'm still sick when I go into labor? I'm giving birth at a birth center not a hospital as well so there will be no antibiotics etc. Any advice/experience out there? Should I be worried the baby will get sick?
