Growth spurt??

Okay so recently my LO (7weeks) has been eating like crazy!! She drinks 4 oz every 2 hours or so but lately she will be hungry every hour and sometimes doesn't get full with 4 oz. can this be a growth spurt? Im afraid I might be over feeding her but I don't know what to do because she cries until I feed her :(

    Since every baby is different I wouldn't worry too much about over feeding unless she's spitting up most of it. Have you tried a pacifier because sometimes they might just wasn't to suckle if they aren't hungry?

    No I haven't tried a pacifier I didn't want to use one but I don't know if I should because she's hungry SO much at night. From 11-2 am she will eat over 8 oz of milk almost 10.

    You will know if you give baby too much if she spits it up. It sounds like she's hungry. Doesn't necessarily matter why- growth spurt or not I'd suggest increasing the bottles to 5 or 6 oz.

    She spits up but she's bee spitting up since she was born. She's a happy spitter :/ but thanks so much :)
