what on earth does this stand for? I'm not smart enough to figure it out and didn't see it in the acronyms list when I went through it!

    Quoted for Permanency...It's in case some one dirty deletes their post.  If someone is quoted, it will still be there.

    I actually thought that's what it meant for the longest time until I decided to Google it. Glad I am not alone!

    I was trying to figure this out, that's a new one to me!
