RE Results

Well I guess I can count this month out. we got my day 3, day 22, my Hsg & his SA results.
The good news is my m numbers look good and the RE was very happy with my AMH/Mis number. My DH results not so great he's got a ver low count like 1.4, low mobilty and abnormal morphology . He got bloodwork ordered and we will have those results next week.

I'm bummed out and wondering how we are going to pay for things (our insurance doesn't cover a lot of fertilty issues)

Sorry to hear about your Hs results. Did the RE give you any recommendations for the next steps yet? Or do they want to see the additional bloodwork from him first? 

The fertility costs are very challenging. I wish i could offer more on that, but it is so frustrating.

My DH has quality and quantity issues (varicocele) also. He stopped taking baths (used to take 4-5/week) and started taking a multi-vitamin, CoQ10, L-carnitine and fish oil  every day (was random at vitamins before) and his count more than doubled in less than a month plus his motility increased from about 20% to over 50%.  Not sure if that helps, but there is so much you can do that are just small changes that can really make a difference so don't be too discouraged!

maca is supposed to be really helpful for men too.

The RE hasn't givien any next steps yet- he want to do more bloodwork & then we will have followup next week.- @dolphin012 thank you for the support

He's been talking supplements for the gym but is not really taking a multi vitimain - that's very encouraging @mattiep16

@jilligan14 - thank you! I forwarded our test results to my naturopath/acupuncturists , I'll talk to her about maca

@craftyvixen: Make sure that YH's supplements don't contain anything hormonal. I believe that testosterone can negative affect counts. GL to you.

Second what @URMySunshine77 saint. I believe @Tat2Mama had the same issue with her husband.
