how do others cope with not been able do gym

How do other fittness freaks mum handle not beenvable workout I use to go to gym plus home cardio and very strict but this pregency cant and only on tredimill 3 to 4 times a week and cant stop eatting high carbs like potato and snacking on naughty foods im short to :(

  • I was bedridden at the hospital for 6 weeks it was so tough to go from 5-6 days a week weight training to nothing. On a good note muscle recall is there so as long as you get back into it when your body is ready you will go back quicker than one who does not work out.

  • I'm not allowed to exercise at all anymore. I guess my maternal instincts kicked in because I just feel blessed to have a healthy pregnancy so far, I don't even feel the slightest bit of frustration that I'm missing workouts anymore. We can all hit it hard once we deliver healthy babies. ☺
  • I can only walk so I've just focused on walking both inside and outside based on weather at least twice a day (before and after work and sometimes at lunch). On days off I try to go somewhere else to walk outside for a change of scenery and while I miss running, I know I'll get back to it.
