LH surge question

Ladies how many days can you get positive OPKS? I tested positive Friday evening, then again yesterday evening. I just tested again this morning and it was positive again. I am new to this and so I'm wondering how long a surge can be

Mine is less than a day. If I get a positive in the late afternoon it's negative by the next day.

Mine is like @hooligans.  I test 2-3 times per day and I MAY get two positives (like an afternoon and the next morning), but that's the longest.  That being said, there are several people who post here and other boards who talk about longer surges, so I don't necessarily think it's an issue.  Are you temping too so you know when you actually ovulate?

Yes I am doing temping as well. It jumped up yesterday so I'm guessing I've ovukated yesterday or today. I just tested again and it was negative. Should we still have sex today or has the time passed?

The time has passed if your temp has gone up.  Usually your temp goes up after you ovulate, so you actually probably ovulated on Friday if your temp went up yesterday.  My usual sequence of events was positive OPK in the afternoon, ovulate the next day, temp rise the following day.  Good luck.   Have you done the tutorials on Fertility Friend?  They are very helpful.

I have done them but in 2 months this is the first time I've actually seen some real results, meaning rise in temp and positive OPKs. We did it today anyway (just in case) ☺️ Thank you for your response
