Which spelling should we go with?

I have a Reed so this is the spelling I prefer. It's a family name for us so we didn't even consider the other spelling but I also think it's more intuitive. They ranked similarly (Reid is slightly more popular #259: #317).

I prefer Reid. I also associate Reed with water and band instruments. Additionally, I think it's nice to have more variety in the letters when it's such a short name.

I prefer Reid. We're planning on using this name if we ever have a DS #2. I think of Reed as more of a last name, but I like that spelling as well.

For a boy. It is masculine. Please do not use on a girl. Try Rhea instead.
