2nd Trimester

Can't do the same tricks I used to do.

just tried to work out tonight. My body is definitely changing. I couldn't do half the exercises or at least keep up. I know it'll be worth it in the end. Just feeling really frustrated right now :(

  • Just switch up your usual routine to accommodate your belly. You don't have to do exactly what you were doing before and any exercise is good at this point. I didn't exercise much, besides some dance classes here and there up to about 23 weeks. Just do what you can do and don't kick yourself about it. Doing something is better than nothing.

True. I feel much better today. Took a cycling class. Wasn't big on cycling before but I like the instructor and the music's good. More importantly it feels right.

I've been feeling much more tired, too. I typically walk for exersise, but I can't go nearly as far (I'm also experiencing terrible back pain, so I'm sure that doesn't help!)

Are you wearing comfortable shoes or good insoles? Those help.

I totally thought this was going to be a sexual question. My sexual bag of tricks is pretty much limited to girl on top now. I think it is totally normal to have to modify your activities a little during pregnancy.

  • @Jinnel, I think my shoes are comfortable... I'm seeing a chiropractor next week; hopefully that will help!
