Fever ?

Is it normal to randomly have a fever when you're pregnant? Some background- I've had a terrible migraine headache since I woke up this morning. I've suffered from terrible migraines and chronic sinusitis pretty much my whole life. I don't think I've ever had fever with a migraine though unless it was also during a bad sinus infection . With my first born I was lucky enough to get less headaches than I normally do while I was pregnant, and actually have somewhat been cured from them since he was born, and when I did get one they're not nearly as bad as they used to be. This pregnancy I've had a few minor headaches but this migraine is killing me and I can't take any medicine that would help relieve it. Sorry for the long rant I guess this is a 2 part question, I'm wondering about the fever. I don't feel sick or anything. It was 100.8. And also if anyone knows of any natural migraine remedies that actually work please do tell! TIA

Not normal, would place a call to your OB. Headache could be a sign of preeclampsia. You might have a UTI or some type of other infection going on. Would let OB sort out what's going on.
