Issue with my vitamins?

Hello,

I am having some icky symptoms and I am wondering if it could be the prenatal vitamins I am taking.

I began prenatals without much trouble. I took them for maybe 4 weeks. Then, about 3 weeks ago I started to have nausea, stomach aches, and diarrhea. The symptoms hit randomly throughout the day (I take the vitamin at night) and sometimes are not very severe for a few days then hit hard. Has anyone experienced anything like this and could it be the vitamins?

I'd ask a doctor but I don't have access to one right now
