High WBC and neutrophils at 32 weeks

hi everyone, has anyone had issues with their WBC being high? If so high high was yours and what did your obgyn say? My neutrophil absolute is 14 and the normal range is 1.8 to 7.7

Just want to see if anyone else has had issues with this.

What did your doctor say? This is only a guess, but I would assume high WBC count would be related to infection? As far as neutrophils specifically, I don't know beyond that they're a type of WBC. Can't remember what's related to infection, allergies, etc.

I'm 27 wks and had my CBC done. My wbc was at 10.9, just over the high mark of 10.8. My nuetraphil absolute was 8.8 I think. I dot go for dr visit until thr 15th so if it is an issue I am sure it'll come up. elevated wbc is usually associated with body fighting some sort of infection Somewhere... it could be anything however Bc blood volume etc increases it may also increase wbc and it could be related to hormone and not infection at all. if it is an issue I am sure it'll come up. elevated wbc is usually associated with body fighting some sort of infection Somewhere... it could be anything. But also when your pregnant your blood cell mass increases and therefore your wbc count... I read that it actually can increase to 15 and not be associated with infection at all.
