Hello ladies, I'm 4w & 3days. This will be my 4th pregnancy. Last 3 were miscarriage

. Anyways I was wondering if it's okay to excersice on the treadmill and stair master. Not in fast speed just normal speed or slower. Before I got pregnant I would work out everyday.I JUST DON'T WANT TO GAIN ANY UNNECESSARY WEIGHT THAT I DON'T NEED. Now that I'm pregnant I'm worried it might be bad. Since I miscarriage but it was due to baby heartbeat stop beating. So what do yall ladies think? Let me know
