Working out

Hello ladies, I'm 4w & 3days. This will be my 4th pregnancy. Last 3 were miscarriage :(. Anyways I was wondering if it's okay to excersice on the treadmill and stair master. Not in fast speed just normal speed or slower. Before I got pregnant I would work out everyday.I JUST DON'T WANT TO GAIN ANY UNNECESSARY WEIGHT THAT I DON'T NEED. Now that I'm pregnant I'm worried it might be bad. Since I miscarriage but it was due to baby heartbeat stop beating. So what do yall ladies think? Let me know :)

I think it's something you should definitely discuss with your doctor.  I'm sorry I can't give you a definitive answer.

What ive been told is any workouts you use to do before you got pregnant (besides heavy lifting) are safe to do when your pregnant, since your body is already use to it.
Just dont push yourself to far with them.

  • Given your previous miscarriages it might be a good idea to take it easy for a little while. But that doesn't mean you can't do anything. Talk to your doctor!
