Pyelectasis in 20 wk U/S

Hi there! At my 20 week scan, they found fluid in both of my baby's kidneys (it is a girl, btw). I am a very worst case/best case scenario kind of person so I asked my OB and he said best case is it resolves on its own, worst case is 1) this is a soft marker for Downs OR 2) baby would need surgery soon after birth. I have another ultrasound in 3 weeks. My OB did not suggest an amino or quad screen which makes me think he is not worried that this is due to a chromosomal abnormality. Just curious if anyone has any experience with this since "Dr. Google" is just stressing me out with all of the articles about this! Thank you!
