Injectables ?

So not o my are they expensive but now I have the worst gas and bloating and to top it off good old constipation lol . Who knew making eggs was so ugly and painful. My wife is super supportive but today I felt like my jeans might cut off my circulation and don't even want to think about getting on the scale !
Anyone have a good remedy for the gas and bloating or constipation ? I can't imagine I am supposed to take a laxative or anti gas meds right ?

I just tried to keep in mind that it's a short period of time with a definite end and a larger picture involved!

I didn't take anything for the bloating, but hot water and lemon juice (equal parts) first thing in the morning before eating definitely helped with the constipation!

Thanks everyone I am trying to remind myself it can't last forever hopefully IUI in a few days and then progesterone !
