Blood when wiping?!

I am 32 weeks currently and when I would go to the restroom yesterday, after wiping I noticed there was some pink/reddish fluid on the toilet paper. I don't personally feel like it's coming from inside but more so from the outside. I'm more worried because I am also Rh negative. I don't see my dr until tomorrow. Any advice?

Well if I saw this sooner , I would have said to go in if it was a lot of blood. Did you recently have sex or an internal exam? That can cause spotting.
Hopefully your doc can give you piece of mind.
If it were me, I would have gotten it checked out on the Rh factor alone but also bc im overly anxious.

I'm sure it's nothing.

If you're RH negative, you should have had a Rhogam injection around 28 weeks so that should be ok.  

If it's alarming, I would go to triage or at minimum call your OB.  Has it stopped?

My dr said it was nothing to worry about unless there was more, however, it was just the one day that it happened. Also, there was no intercourse or anything before. It was just completely random.

He did say that there was no reason to worry as far as the Rh factor goes because I did have the Rhogam shot at 28 weeks and he said I was protected for 12 weeks.

This happened to me over the weekend (I just got to 32 weeks). My dr told me to come in right away because it could have been a sign of premature labor. He said it was better to be safe and have it checked out than let it go and have something happen.

I am glad I went, everything checked out healthy. He said that the cervix is very tender and can cause slight bleeding which in turn gives that pinkish brown tint to the discharge.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner! Definitely call and get it checked out if this happens again... Happened to me at 30 weeks and I was going I to preterm labor! Super scary!! They gave me lots of shots and drugs and I am on very strict bed rest.. I am 33 weeks tomorrow woo!
