Nub theory guesses

did anyone get good ultrasound pics of their little one's nub that you would like to share and we could all make some guesses? I know we aren't all experts and it isn't always proven to be true, but I have been so curious about the different theories. I thought it could be neat to post our pics and guesses and update after the anatomy scan. I scanned a couple older threads from other boards and it was neat to see the results. Please keep in mind that we aren't all experts and this is just a theory, so don't start buying pink or blue depending on what other's think! Here's mine. I'm pretty sure that little thing sticking out is the nub.

@DogLoverX3 the bottom part of the baby is cut off in the ultrasound so I can't see the nub

@gkarla1114, I'm not seeing where the nub is. I see the leg! And you could prob find out in a week if you went to a 3d imaging place!!

@gkarla1114 at 15 weeks, it probably is no longer a nub and is formed into the actual sex organ.

My SIL had the ultimate "girl nub" with #4... She got her 4th boy months later. I know this thread is just for fun, but thought it topical and just wanted to throw it out there. Here is to a healthy pregnancy for you all! It will be exciting to see what everyone ends up with (boy vs girl)

I am 15w5d. This picture has what appears to be a nub but shouldn't it be gone by this point? Just posting for fun! Guess away if you want!

Don't have a picture of the nub but the guy that did my scan had a look and it's still pointing to the middle was looking forward to Hvng a guess!! Excited to find out in a few weeks but guessing is fun and helps pass some time

When I went for my ultrasound at 12 wks the tech said it looks like a boy. What do you guys think?

Obviously doc said it is a boy at 13 weeks!

Ultrasound tech guessed this way a little boy nub at 11weeks & at 12 weeks I found out he was 100% boy from his panorama results!

I don't want to guess on anyone's but you can use mine for reference.

To know for sure it would be best to wait till at least 16 weeks. I have heard of people finding out at 14 weeks but anytime before that the baby is too small. For me, I would want to know for sure and I don't mind waiting. I hope to find out in 3 weeks at my 16 weeks ultrasound if baby cooperates!

Any guesses on this? I'm hoping for a girl. The baby is laying at an angle so it's hard for me to tell my DS was pointing up way more than this one.

My OB came in at a different angle so no guessing was needed, he just scanned my side where babies bottom was and we could clearly see he is a baby boy

So...this was a different view (not a nub side shot), between the legs at 12 weeks 2 days of my last baby (a boy). They were pretty confident of the gender based on this view, lol! I was shocked and completely unaware that it was possible to identify at this stage! And yep, dates were dead on, it was really that early.

Well...from the side, if the nub points straight out like another tiny leg or down a little it is girl, and if it angles up toward a 90 degree angle from the body then it's a boy... (Mostly lol)

Unfortunately it's too early to tell at 12 weeks in ultrasound. You can see the gender at 14 weeks if baby is in the right position. I thought I saw something on my 11 week ultrasound but it was most likely the umbilical cord and really is just a fun prediction. It stinks to wait but try!!

Mine was clear as day with a between the legs shot at 12 weeks.... Posted about 4 posts back I think
