I'm only 34 weeks AMD my contractions are 3 to 4 minutes apart. Ive been to the hospital like 3 times already for this. What are some home things I can do to slow them down.
Are you dilating? Effacing? Braxton Hicks or labor contractions?
You've given us very little to go on...
If you've already been hospitalized three times for this, seems you know the routine. What advice did they have at the hospital? If labor is actually progressing, they have medicine to slow things down; if you're having contractions but your cervix and baby aren't affected, you suffer without any other consequences. Hurray!
Lay down with your legs elevated...drink a lot of water...blah blah. Usual advice. Oh...and CALL YOUR DOCTOR PLEASE!
