This is baby no. 2 for me. My first was a month early my husband also came two months early. I am now 32 weeks. For the past week the BH contractions have gotten much more intense to where if I'm sitting I curl up or if I'm standing I need to prop myself against something. Well the last few days my body has also been cleansing itself and seem to always be in the bathroom for no. 2 at least until early afternoon then it slows down. Discharge has also gotten more and thicker. It's really making me wonder if I'm getting close.

I'm a FTM so I do not have experience. All I can tell you is my doctor said when the body starts cleaning itself and BH get stronger, it all means the body is prepping for baby. He also said the body can prep for weeks. Since your first was early, keep it in mind. However, just keep calm and note any changes. It might not hurt to see your doctor and keep him informed. As for me, discharge has increased, BH are more common, and the annoying somewhat painful vagina pain occurs about 7 times a day and I am also at 32 weeks. I hope you carry to term

Exact same thing is happening to me ! I'm 35 weeks, I swear baby has got lower too, and last appointment she told me he is already over 6 pounds !!

This is normal, it's going to start happening to all of us. Our bodies are preparing for delivery.

I'm 36 wks, BH stronger, going #2 6 times a day, pelvic pressure is intense, and I can tell my son has dropped. Being induced in 2 wks... Don't know if I'll make it. Sooooooo ready

Meh. I had these symptoms for at least 6 weeks with my first before he arrived 2 weeks late. It never hurts to be ready just in case but don't count on an early baby not matter what doctor says, it might be a long wait.
