High-Risk Pregnancy

New to this experience

we have done ivf due to me having 2 chromosomes attached leading to multiple miscarriages. We had pgd testing and got 1 healthy egg out of 9. I'm 5 weeks pregnant after transfer they told me no exercise and no carrying around my 2 year old but they told me I can plant my garden. I'm so scared I'm over doing it I feel like I should just lay on the couch forever. I get anxiety so bad. Has anyone gone thru this and can tell me if I'm doing to much?

I didn't do IVF, but I did go through a fertility specialist for the first trimester due to a previous genetic loss and they told me the same thing. I had to quit exercising, I wasn't supposed to lift anything heavy, etc. I'm not sure why they're so cautious, but I went with it. Better safe than sorry. I don't think that working in your garden is too much, but I'd get your doctors opinion. I just remembered, they wouldn't even let me go to a nail salon! So, I think fertility specialists are just really strict...which isn't bad. I'm sure you do, but just wear gloves when you garden. You can get that toxoplasmis from soil. Good luck!
