Shoes!

What are your fav shoes for work? I'm an executive assistant and dress business/business casual everyday. My feet are starting to swell with my heels so need to do some shoe shopping...any favs?

I have had prior back problems, I swear by the Clarks Rebecca Clogs. They are adjustable with velcro at the tops but look great. Plus, I'm all about being able to just slip them on.
