Call me crazy!

i have been having a strange gut feeling there is more than one in my tummy. Call it what you will- but I'm seeing two of everything. It's probably all in my head and I'm prob just freaking myself out. It's starting to get a little crazy though. Last night I had a dream and I woke up and in my head I was just like preparing myself like " okay, it's twins.. I can do this"
Am I going crazy lol?? Anyone else ever have this strong feeling before and be right??
