Hello all, I am curious, I haven't seen my OB quite yet and I'm wondering about exercise restrictions. I know some doctors are more strict than others and more apt to worry if they don't partake in the same exercise that you do. I do weightlifting and crossfit. Does anyone know what's safe and what I should or shouldn't do? I want to stay as active as possible. Thank you.
Yes just listen to your body! My doctor highly encourages continuing to work out, just be aware that you really need to hydrate before during and after and don't over do it
