Best method to track ovulation

i just had my first mc and I was wondering what is the best method to track ovulation? We were not trying when I got pregnant the first time, but the loss is so great, we decided we want to try now. Just wondering the methods that work best after a mc? Thank you

I was most successful with temping and putting the temperatures into fertility friend. It was key for me to temp at the same time every AM (I set my alarm for 4:30a, took my temp vaginally and recorded it, went to the restroom, and back to bed)! Fertility friend pin pointed exact ovulation to the day and we got pregnant the second month of temping/FF. I'm now nearing 31 weeks!!

Clear blue ovulation sticks! They are digital and completely dummy proof- you don't even have to hold your pee and wait until the afternoon like the other sticks. We used these this past cycle and they worked

I used these too but note that they do not conform ovulation they only detect the surge that occurs just before. I suggest temping every morning first thing before getting out of bed in combination with the test strips. Good luck!

I'm sorry that happened to you. I tried the ovulation sticks, but ended up using a fertility app. Gotta love technology!
