so my LO is sick ( . The dr. suggested using saline drops to help loosen up the mucas. Never tried it and kind of nervous. Can anyone suggest tricks or tips?

I've used baby saline before, & thankfully it's pretty easy! The ones I've used were like a mist when you used them, so it would easily spray up LO nose.

Also have you used nose frida? It works great with saline!

Agreed with the saline and get the nose Frida! Is definitely seems nasty but works wonders:) ( the nurses at our children's hospital swear by it) hope your lo gets feeling better

Oh I agree with the above! My daughter has asthma and her allergies have been awful. The nose Freda is seriously the greatest thing I've ever used. I also have a nasal mist and I don't notice much of a difference but the DR said to use it so that's what I'm doing best of luck to you!!
