Post-birth

I just had our twins last Saturday. I'm finding my abdomen really uncomfortable. Organs feel out of place, gravity seems to pull down since my abs are pretty much stretched beyond anything, my stomach hurts everytime I eat. Is this happening or has this happened to you? How long did this last?

    Yep. What helped me is wearing some sort of belly band. The hospital gave me one of theirs. It really helped me. Once I got home I ordered a Bellefit band which gave me more support and compression. I hated feeling like I had zero core strength & looking like I was still pregnant.

    I avoided this thanks to abdominal binder given to me at hospital. If you don't have one, I suggest getting one. Motherhood Maternity sells bands.
    Me: 32, DH: 34.
    Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
    2 IUIs = BFN.
    1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
    FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)

    Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).

    Yup! I third the abdominal binder of some sort. Was a life saver for me!
