Yup - all part of the fun pregnancy swelling. I have really bad swelling (pitting edema) in my feet and ankles but since I have great blood pressure, my OB isn't worried. You should feel free to call your OB's office if you're concerned - don't be worried about bothering them, that's what they are there for!
I've had it really bad all the way up to my knees since about week 28 and I'm about to be 35 weeks on Tuesday. It's so gross but my doctor said its normal and to just elevate your legs when you can!
With my last pregnancy I had this. The ladies at the pedicure salon and by doctor had never seen it so bad. It went fully away around 2 weeks after delivery. It was ugly but essentially harmless if there weren't other symptoms like high blood pressure.
