"Band" or possible shadow over cervix

im 32 weeks plus 4 days today we had a NST and ultrasound. During the ultrasound a "band" or maybe just a shadow was over my cervix and I'm being sent to High Risk dr. Dr is thinking if band it may be causing the baby not to move down any. She says it's nothing to stress or worry about..but I'm going to anyway! Anyone have any experience or ever heard of this?
