F/U to three hour nap yesterday

Yeah, it totally screwed with her sleep last night.

Le sigh.

I guess pride goeth before a sleepless night.

    Oh, that stinks.

    For us, usually sleep begets sleep.  F slept 9 hours last night and is working on hour 2 of her nap currently.  If she doesn't sleep well at night, she rarely naps at all.

    She ended up sleeping her normal amount, but she woke up at 11 (went down at 8) which is unusual for her.  She ate like a champ though, and we realized she'd missed a feeding since she took such a super long nap.

    M's has now crossed the hour mark for her morning nap as well, but she's in the wrap and I have a bottle handy for when she starts to stir.
