What's the difference?

I received some in the mail and wasn't sure if its just a marketing ploy so you'll keep your kid on formula until they're 2.

I've only heard people say that its a marketing ploy. Nobody I know has used it. The pedi never said anything about it.

at ry's 1 year, the pedi didn't want him on whole milk yet as he was still pretty tiny and wasn't gaining much weight so she had me give him next step formula.  i did it only for a couple months as the smell of formula makes me vomit (i still b/f'd until he was 17 months).  she just thought he could use the added nutrients.
