Rock and play. Head support?

does anyone put a padded head support in their rock and play? Something that would be used in car seats or strollers to provided extra comfort to baby's head.

I have a fisher price rock and play. And wondering if it's safe/ok to put one of those pads in for baby

I wouldn't. Those aren't safe for something that your LO sleeps in.
