June-July 2012=IVF#2- MDL+ICSI&AH, 8R,4M,3F (BFP 9dp3dt) Beta#1 at 11dp3dt=36, Beta#2 at 15dp3dt=156, Beta#3 at 19dp3dt=671, dx'd with SCH, no growth-m/c at 7wks/Lap Dec 2012 to remove small fibroid.
Feb 2013=IVF#3-MDL, 2/1=baseline, started 10 units mdl, AFC-7, 2/3 start gonal f, self cxld cycle b/c of low e2.
April 2013=IVF#3.5-(with new RE)AG/ANT Conv + ICSI. 4/10-4/23 bcp's, 4/20-4/27 lupron, 4/28-ganirelix until end of stimming, 5/2-600 gonal f, 5/4-add 1/2 vial menopur, 5/13-ER (9R,1M,1F), 5/17-ET, 1 beautiful 8 cell (please be my sticky baby!!!!) 5/28-BFFN.
Oct 2013=IVF#4-LLP+ICSI &AH, 10/14 (6R, 2M, 2F), 10/17-ET, 1 seven cell & a six cell, BFP at 9dp3dt, 1st beta=56, 2nd beta=52, CP.
Jan 2014=IVF #5-LLP, Cxld after 6 days of stims due to fast response and lead follicle.
March 2014=IVF 5.5-LLP, Lupron 3/10, BL 3/18, 11 days of stims, Trigger 3/29, ER 3/31. 7R, 2M, 2F. ET 4/3. Txfd one 5 cell & one 9 cell. BFP on hpt from 7dp3dt & on. Praise be to God. Beta #1 at 11dp3dt=106, #2 at 13dp3dt=239. First u/s 4/28, measuring on track & heartbeat seen. 5/5-2nd u/s, measuring on track with strong heartbeat. 5/12- 3rd u/s & released from RE. Sorry ladies, life got really crazy the last week.
My lining ended up perfect at 9.2mm and my transfer was Thursday 4/16. Both of my blasts survived the thaw and one was fully re-expanded by transfer time and the second was about halfway re-expanded. I ended up getting the news the day before my transfer that my NK cells had spiked and we had to go back to KK for a second IVIG on Monday. They also upped my prednisone to 40mg for 5 days. I am currently weaning back down to 30mg of pred. I am 6dp5dt and my first beta is Friday. If I test at home, it won't be until Friday morning before my beta.
I got some really bad news the day after my transfer that my boss was laid off. They claim restructuring, but it was personal. Our co-presidents didn't like him and the current restructuring was a great excuse to get rid of him. My department has been short staffed for years and now we lost one of our most senior members. Right now I am trying to focus as much energy as I can on keeping things afloat at work. I would hate for the 10+ years of hard work that my boss has put into making my department the most profitable in our company to go down the toilet.
I am also less than thrilled that I will be reporting directly to the co-president that laid off my boss. He's not exactly a family friendly type of guy (understatement of the year, he has no qualms discriminating against pregnant women and women with children), where my previous boss was super supportive of our infertility treatments. If this cycle works, I will be forced to hide it until after our pay raise/promotions in July. He has promised me a large raise and promotion, but he has actually admitted that he passed a coworker up for a promotion because she was on maternity leave. He will also not be told about any future infertility treatments, if this cycle doesn't work.
I am a little pissed that I spent so much time setting this cycle up to be as stress free as possible, then something like this that is completely out of my control ruins my plans. But I guess that's life.

November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

Thanks ladies. My beta was negative. My clinic requires 2 betas since the first is early (8dp5dt), I go in for a second beta on Tuesday. It sucks having to stay on meds when I'm not pregnant, but I'll follow the rules. This was officially our last cycle with my eggs. We'll be moving on to 3rd party reproduction.
I am ok considering how things turned out. I had a feeling that this cycle was a bust, so I was prepared. The worst part was telling my husband (I POAS in the morning) and seeing him upset. Luckily we are both in agreement that it is time to stop IVF with my eggs, we are looking into our other options and are excited to start a new path, hopefully one with a baby at the end of it.
