Hi... I am 34weeks pregnant.. And had horrible palpitation yesterday... Is there something to worry?

In the second trimester, I noticed I would get palpitations and sometimes a feeling like my heart would skip a beat. My doctor said this was normal due to the extra blood flow. A rapid heartbeat can also be a sign of dehydration though or some underlying anxiety. Start chugging some water and take deep breaths. I agree with PP though, call your doctor to make sure all is well.
