not sure what to do?

I had intercourse around 330. . . My belly has been contracting ever since along with back pain and lots of pressure in my pelvic area/ladybits...they keep coming back to back in intervals very uncomfortable....I've tried water. Hot bath and nothing is working. Baby is moving around and stuff...I just hate going to the hospital to get checked out for them to send me home. If they don't stop within the next hour or so I'm calling the doctor.

Are they timeable? Even if the pain is constant, the contractions should be timeable!
