    round 2: clomid, trigger and IUI~BFN
    round 3: clomid, trigger and IUI +4 booster HCG~NOPE

    On a break!!! Til April/May

    Waiting for CCS results, two blasts were biopsied last week and frozen from IVF/ICSI #4.

    I am hoping I get the results call this week, I feel on edge only having two make it to test.

    I am waiting for AF too which should also arrive this week so I can start my FET protocol with a hopeful transfer near or at the end of May. 

    My company is struggling and they just told me they have to cut my work hours in half plus I have to take a pay cut :(

    I'm so sorry about your job. Stress on top of stress :(
    Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)
    Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements
    March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!
    Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!

    Nov. 16, 2015 FET of single adopted 5AA embryo - BFN

    Hi ladies, so I "came out" with infertility yesterday to overwhelming support and love. As a result, a few people contacted me about their embryos. I'm trying not to get too excited (we also started the foster to adopt process on Saturday) but I know you all are pros in the embryo grading department and with IVF. She has 7 embryos 6BB-4AB. I looked at advanced fertility's grading scale and these look kind of midrange? She's already donated 10 to one couple so my fear is they obviously took the highest grades. Can you give me your thoughts on those grades? I haven't spoken to my clinic yet...

    That is exciting!  I'm glad you've found a good direction to move forward.

    It's tough to say, because grading varies (to some extent) from clinic to clinic.  My RE would say that those are great embryos, but I think my clinic rarely gives out A grades.  FWIW, I've never produced anything better than a 5BB+ (or maybe a 5B+B--whatever), so I've done a lot of googling about success with B grade blasts. Apparently they get the job done pretty often. :)  I'm 8dp5dt of the 5BB+ and a 4B+B (I think), and one of them took (I'm assuming not both).   Waaaaaay too early to tell if it will stick, of course.

    That's still a tough decision, though.  Out of curiosity, are all of these embryos from the same donor (17 embryos?!)

    ETA: people debate whether the letter grades or number indicating the stage of development is more important, but the fact that at least one of them made it to 6 (hatched) seems like a very good sign to me!

    It's tough to say, because grading varies (to some extent) from clinic to clinic.  My RE would say that those are great embryos, but I think my clinic rarely gives out A grades.  FWIW, I've never produced anything better than a 5BB+ (or maybe a 5B+B--whatever), so I've done a lot of googling about success with B grade blasts. Apparently they get the job done pretty often. :)  I'm 8dp5dt of the 5BB+ and a 4B+B (I think), and one of them took (I'm assuming not both).   Waaaaaay too early to tell if it will stick, of course.

    That's still a tough decision, though.  Out of curiosity, are all of these embryos from the same donor (17 embryos?!)

    ETA: people debate whether the letter grades or number indicating the stage of development is more important, but the fact that at least one of them made it to 6 (hatched) seems like a very good sign to me!

    March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!
    Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!

    CD 13. Finally got a positive OPK this month- first since my polyps were removed. We timed everything right so fingers crossed and we will see what happens.

    @tortuga47 Glad the response to you coming out was positive.

    My status has changed from being on hold to actively cycling. I am current on Lupron, the devil drug, in preparation for my last FET. AF should come week, and if all goes well (a big, big leap of faith) ET will be between May 11-15. I am trying, though not succeeding well, at being in the moment and taking it one step at a time.

    @tortuga47, I am not sure about the embryo grading but I am so glad you got positive support and someone reached out!  Seems like she had a good batch :) 
    @mofree - Yay!! Good luck with FET!!  It is so hard to stay in the moment. Good luck with that crazy lupron!

    Not much changed here.  I don't think I updated in a while, but I had ER on April 9 - 11R/9M/5F.  Transfered 2 8-celled grade 3 embies on Day 3.  Beta is Thursday.  Trying to keep myself busy waiting and not overanalyzing every little thing but who am I kidding?

    Thanks everyone for the good wishes. I go on Monday for u/s and E2check. It is possible that in a month from now my reproductive journey will be finished and I honestly don't know how I will cope.
