Hard breasts (not breast feeding)

anyone have any remedies for hard engorged breasts after birth? Had baby on Tuesday and woke up yesterday with rock hard boobs (ouch)

Frozen cabbage leaf compresses, and tight bras until the milk goes.

ETA: I went with tight sports bras with my first baby.

Refrigerated cabbage leaves, wash cloth between your boobs and shower water, support for the boobs even during sleep... You will have "fake implant" looking rock hard boobs but no fear they start to relieve after just a few days! Do not express the milk using a pump more will come in the place of it!
