Does your toddler get n/v/d with strep throat?

My kids got strep throat ~6-7 weeks ago for the first time. I thought that they just had a virus, low grade fever, decreased appetite (but no sign of sore throat), fever went away then vomiting started. My poor DD went a few days before I took her to the doctor b/c I thought it was just a virus. Well, they both took antibiotics for 10 days and felt much better very quickly.
After Easter, my kids got colds for a few days, then got a little better then DS started coughing at night all last weekend. I took him to the doctor on Monday, throat looked OK (no culture taken), but he had an ear infection and started Omnicef. He coughed less the very 1st night on meds. The very next morning (Tuesday), DD woke up puking out of nowhere. I took her to the doctor b/c I was worried it was strep and it IS....AGAIN...only 6 weeks later. She started Keflex twice daily x 10days. I give my kids probiotics-especially when they are on antibiotics and they eat yogurt. Well, both kids have nausea/vomting/diarrhea. DD hasn't thrown up in 48 hours, but cried for ~30 min at midnight last night saying that her belly hurt. DS started throwing up in the middle of the night last night and then threw up around dinner time tonight.
I'm guessing we need to go BACK to the doctor again in the morning.
Anyone else go through this? It's so hard to know what is going on. I would think that if they had a stomach bug on top of everything else that they would be vomiting closer together and not ~12+ hours apart. They are eating OK and seem to have OK energy (not 100%).

FET July 2010-BFP! Twin m/c @ 5.5 wks
Dec/Jan 2011 IVF #2 Only 4 eggs retrieved-Ganirelix dose messed up BFFN
Feb/March 2011 IVF #3 ER 3/9 9 eggs, 7 fertilized, ET 3/14, No frosties. BFN
IVF #4 ER 8/22 9R,7F ET 8/25-3 embies, 1 frostie! Beta 9/2= 54, 9/6=274, 9/8=625, 9/12=2953, 9/16 greater than 10,000. B/G TWINS born April 2012 @ 36wks & 1 day!
July 2014-going back for the frozen embryo! ET 7/28, heartbeat seen at 6wks1day with SCH. Miscarriage confirmed at 6wks4days

Definitely a stomach buy on top of the other illness. Not a good week at our house.
