Naturepedic Lightweight Firmness

Hi everyone - 

We bought the Naturepedic Lightweight 2-Stage mattress for our crib and I realized that it feels REALLY firm.  While I understand that a mattress should be firm, I am wondering if a mattress can ever be too firm?? Does anyone else have this mattress and have an opinion on it??
