37 weeks and I swear I am having hot flashes!??

I live in southern Cali and it hasn't even been that hot lately but I swear at random times I am in a full sweat!... Get near a fan ASAP anyone else having these "hot flashes" ??

I am! I get super hot and almost a little nauseous and light headed but then it passes. I think it's normal but I have a dr apt tomorrow and will ask. You're not alone!

Yep. It was like 78 here in Ohio the other day and I swear I was going to die.

Yeah totally normal. That's actually one of my 1st symptoms I had before I found out I was pregnant, it was 80 and I felt like it was 100. This winter my bedroom didn't get above 65 but woke up soaking my clothes. Before pregnancy was almost always cold.

I have had them a lot lately! My co-workers even started to notice. My whole face gets BRIGHT red and I'm burning up. It's always random and usually passes after about 20minutes.

I feel that way if I don't drink enough water. Maybe you're dehydrated?

Worth adding a few more trips to the bathroom to see if that's the case! Thanks letting me I am not alone, at least I dnt feel like I am losing my mind anymore! We are almost there!!! :-)

Yep! Then I get cold because I'm sweaty. It's wonderful. My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy!

It was almost 90 here today in South Florida and the a/c just couldn't cool the house down fast enough for me. So I stripped down to my underwear and stood in front of the open refrigerator door for a few minutes. :-bd

Yes! ! ! Same here super sweat ball I get like a sweat mustache. I have to carry kleenex in my purse because my face gets sweaty. I drink so much water and it still doesn't seem to cool me fast enough. My Dr said it's just the hormones and totally normal. :-?

SO HOT - and I'm normally cold. Everyone in my office complains that it is sooooo cold and they bundle up, and I'm over here dropping layers...I'm in CT and its been in the 60's, but at night I'm SO hot that I have to open the windows in the bedroom. My husband had to put a second blanket on the bed for himself and I sleep with just the sheet.

I stood out on my driveway for about 10 minutes last night at 4am because I was so hot!! I totally get it!

OH yes. I woke up the other night - I keep the air on 65 degrees. I tried lowering it and realized that is as low as it goes. Thankful I will have this baby before full blown summer in AL.

Human incubator mode. I get super dizzy and my chest gets heavy. Luckly dh grabs a wet wash cloth and places it on the back of my neck and I sit down. We live in Brownsville TX and our ac unit went out. Trying to save up to get a new one before the baby comes. Thank the lord we already have everything for the baby.

Totally normal, all I do for it is drink super cold water constantly. Thank goodness my pregnancy isn't continuing through the summer!
