Hypopituitarism & TTC

Hello there. I have hypopituitarism (panhypopituitarism actually) and am trying to get pregnant. I have had it for a year now (pituitary apoplexy that required surgery). I was able to get pregnant a few months after my surgery very easily with follistim/ovidrel and progesterone. I ended up with a 14-week m/c and the genetic testing showed full triploidy baby. Now we are trying again but I don't seem to be responding well to the follistim. Not as many mature follicles, four times the follistim needed, feel terrible on the medication, triggered with ovidril but still not pregnant. Anyone else with hypopituitarism? What worked for you? Another doctor suggested that the prednisone treatment will make follistim less effective, but I can't find anything to confirm that. What do you do about feeling so crappy while TCC and not getting hormone replacement therapy?
