two questions

1) has anyone here got rhesus negative blood and have been adviced not to go past their due date and that if the baby doesnt come early you would have to be induced on your due date

2) i have no idea if im having bh contractions or normal contractions or i just dont feel them as sometimes my stomach is rock hard and other times it is soft or is that nothing i have no idea how contractions feel im a FTM and have no pain whatsoever

1.  I have no experience.

2. sounds like Braxton hicks.  I get a lot of them...they don't hurt, just get tight and make me have to pee.  In my experience (only ever had contractions on Pitocin) the real ones start like menstrual cramps and get increasingly more uncomfortable over time.

1) I'm rh- and my MW says we'll only talk induction if I get to 41 weeks. Did they give you a reason or explanation for wanting baby to be born no later than the due date with the rh- blood?
2) No advice on the second point, sorry. FTM as well so I also have no idea whether what I'm feeling is BH contractions or early labour ones that aren't painful yet.

Real contractions hurt! Lol and you can almost feel them coming on then they hit a peak in pain then fade away. BH for me was my stomach getting hard and kinda feeling like a cramp but not painful to where I couldn't talk or had to "breath through" them

1-something to do with the rhogam shot you recurve is only good for so long
2- real labor contractions you feel coming and trust me you can not and will not be able to talk through them im a ftm and I was in your position but as everyone had said and will say you will know when it is the real thing

oh thank you, she said the anti-D ( rogham shot) doesnt last over 12 weeks so was curious if anyone else has been told that
