Sharp needle like pain in breast

I'm 10 weeks 6 days and I keep getting a sharp shooting pain almost like someone is sticking a needle through my nipple into my breast. It is so painful. Anyone else have this issue? I read online about some people having this happen during pregnancy.

I've been having sharp pains, too. I'm assuming they are "growing pains". If you're really worried it couldn't hurt to ask your OB.

I called my doc , he said to take No-spa, the only painkiller safe during pregnancy. I have thar sharp pain more in my right breast....

I have been experiencing that as well... it's really uncomfortable. In my right breast as well.

I've been getting that too, it's not all of the time just every once in awhile and only lasts like a second.

I had it for two days, only on my left side - thought it wa a weird heart attack until a medical friend reassured me it was just hormones in my boobs.

I get them too. I think they're growing pains and all the ducts getting ready for milk. I had the same pains occasionally while breastfeeding.

That was the first symptom I had, shooting pain in my breasts. It's normal.

I've had sore/tender nipples since before I was late for LMP but now I'm starting to get crampy, sometimes sharp pains in my breasts. I'll be 12 wks tomorrow.

Yes, I get them too! Glad I'm not alone, I'm sure it is normal
